Instructions for Practitioner’s Registration for Central Registration
Please read the below instructions carefully for filling your registration application correctly.
The application process for Central Registration is a two-step activity.
STEP -I:
The new users need to create the profile by clicking on the profile creation link below.
Once the profile created successfully, the login Id and password will be sent through E-Mail and SMS to the registered e-mail Id and mobile number provided during profile creation.

STEP -II:
Once the profile is created successfully and the login Id and password is received, please click on the below Login link to login and apply for Central Registration.
If you have already applied for the online central registration using this link, then you can use this link to track the progress of your application.

Please keep all applicable documents from the below list scanned and ready before proceeding for registration.

Self-attested Scanned copy of the original documents mentioned below as required.
Originals are required later as and when demanded by CCIM.

The required application fee for the online Central Registration Application is :Rs. 2000
Payment can be done through:
Online (through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking)
Please Note:
The above mentioned application fee can change from time to time.
In case of online payment, minimal transaction fee and service tax applicable in addition to the above mentioned amount.

If your payment is deducted but your application form is not submitted then you need to re-apply and pay again. The amount deducted earlier will be refunded to your bank account (for Debit Cards and Net Banking) within 2 weeks or Credit Card (in the next billing cycle).
3. Additional Instructions:
Please complete both the steps i.e. the profile creation and login and application for Central Registration for successful submission of your application.
Successful Payment (Online payment) is mandatory for processing of your application.
Please use the self-attested photocopies of the original documents only for upload else your application may be rejected.
Please fill your passout University, passout year and degree as per your degree certificate carefully.In case of any discrepancy found, the application may be rejected.
Please note that system is configured in such a way that qualifications which are specified in the scheduled II of the Indian medicine council act, 1970, are only accepted. Please refer schedule II, before applying
